- Field Engineer: Diploma in Civil Engg and 2 yrs experience
- Programme Associate: Graduate/ Post Graduate in related field and 2 yrs experience
- Driver: 8th and 2 yrs experience
- MTA: 8th and 1 yrs experience
- CFO: CA/ IWCA/ MBA / MCom/ MBA and 10 yrs experience
