- Assistant Secretary (Administration): ACA/ACS or Associate Cost Accountant or Post Graduate degree in Economics, Commerce, Management or Law / Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and min 7 years experience
- Assistant Secretary (Editorial): ACA/ACS or Associate Cost Accountant or Post Graduate degree in Economics, Commerce, Management or Law / Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and min 7 yrs experience
- Executive Officer: Master Degree in related trade and min 5 yrs experience
- Section Officer: Master Degree in related trade and min 5 yrs experience
- Upper Division Clerk: Graduate in any discipline and min 5 years experience
