- Draftsman: Diploma in Draftsman course
- Data Entry Operator: Graduation with one year Diploma in computer software application OR BSc (IT)/BCA OR Three years Diploma in Computer Application/Software application
- Assistant-cum-Typist /Dispatch/Receipt/ Stationery /Store Clerk: Graduate
- Audio Visual Operator: 12th with Degree or Diploma in Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation /Electronic Mechanics /Information Technolory and Electronics System Maintenance/Instrument Mechanics and min 2 yrs experience
- Sound Man: Degree/Diploma in Sound Recording/Sound Engineering or equivalent
- Electrician: 10th and ITI Diploma in trade concerned
- Classifier-cum Cataloguer: Matric with certificate course in Library Science
- Technician: 12th in Science with one year's training OR BSc
