- Assistant (F&A): Commerce Graduate and min 5 yrs experience
- PA to Registrar: Graduate and min 5 yrs experience
- Technical Assistant-B: B.Sc. and min 7 yrs experience Or HS with diploma in Engineering/ Draftsmanship and min 4 yrs experience Or B.Sc. and min 4 yrs experience
- Upper Division Clerk: Graduate and min 3 yrs experience
- MTS (Technical): Matriculation Examination or equivalent and 12th and ITI Trade Certificate
Age Limit
- Assistant Registrar: max 35 yrs
- Assistant Librarian: max 35 yrs

Application Fee
The application fee is Rs 500/- for ST and female candidates and Rs 1000/- for others. The fee should be paid in the form of a demand draft drawn on the State Bank of India, made out to 'INDIAN ASSOCIATION FOR THE CULTIVATION OF SCIENCE,' and payable in Kolkata.
