• Trainer: 2yr Diploma in Beauty Culture, or equivalent and 3 yrs experience
• Technician: Diploma/ ITI in related trade and 3 yrs experience
• Support Staff: ITI/ 12th and 2 yrs experience
• Officer: MBA/PGDM in marketing or Public Relations OR Diploma/Degree in Civil engineering/ MCA/ Graduate and 3 yrs experience
