Qualification
- Instructor Millwright: Three years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 2 yrs experience
- Technical Assistant (Junior): Three years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 2 yrs experience
- Maintenance Mechanic: Three years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 2 yrs experience
- Craft Instructor: ITI/ Diploma/ Degree in related trade and 1-3 yrs experience
- Employability Skills Instructor: 12th and 1 year certificate course in basic computer AND Master in Business Administration OR Bachelor in Business Administration and 2 years experience OR Bachelor's Degree with one of the subject of Sociology/Social Welfare / Economics and 2 years experience OR Graduate with 2 years experience
- Workshop Calculation and Science Instructor: Degree in Mechanical Engineering and One year experience OR Three year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 2 yrs experience
- Workshop Attendant: 10th Pass with Science and Math and National / State Trade Certificate OR National Apprenticeship Certificate from a recognized institution

- Instructor Millwright: max 30 yrs
- Technical Assistant (Junior): max 30 yrs
