Qualification

• Deputy General Manager Analytical: Ph.D in Analytical/Organic/ Physical Chemistry or other relevant areas of Chemical Sciences and min 15 yrs experience
• Chief Manager / Deputy General: PhD OR ME/MTech and 12-8 yrs experience
• Senior Manager: PhD and min 9 yrs experience OR ME/ MTech and min 12 yrs experience
• Assistant Manager / Manager: PhD OR ME/ MTech and min 3-9 yrs experience
• Senior Officer: PhD OR ME/ MTech and min 3 yrs experience
• Senior Officer/ Assistant Manager: PhD OR MTech and 0-6 yrs experience
• Assistant Manager: PhD and min 3 yrs experience OR BE/ B. Tech. or ME/ M. Tech. in Chemical Engineering/ M. Sc. (Chemistry) and min 6 yrs experience
• Chief Manager / Deputy General Manager: PhD OR ME/ MTech and min 12-18 yrs experience

Age Limit

• Deputy General Manager Analytical: max 48 yrs
• Chief Manager / Deputy General: max 45/42 yrs experience
• Senior Manager: max 42 yrs
