- Resident Medical Officer: BHMS degree with 2+ years as House Physician in a recognised hospital after registration.
- House Physician (Resident): BHMS degree with State Board registration and 2+ years professional experience.
- Pathologist or Biochemist: Post-graduate medical degree in concerned subject (NMC recognised).
- Gynecologist and Obstetrician: Post-graduate medical degree in concerned subject (NMC recognised).
- Surgeon (General Surgery): Post-graduate medical degree in concerned subject (NMC recognised).
- General Physician (Emergency medicine): Post-graduate medical degree with emergency medicine specialization (NMC recognised).
- Radiologist (on call): Post-graduate medical degree in radiology (NMC recognised).
- Anesthetist (on call): Post-graduate medical degree in anesthesiology (NMC recognised).
- Public Relations Officer/Multipurpose Social Officer: Bachelor's degree in media/communication/journalism/PR. Healthcare sector experience preferred.

- Ward Boys/Ayas: Matriculation. 1 year patient care experience preferred.
- X-ray Attendant (on call): Senior Secondary with 2 years X-ray department experience.
